Dr. Sabrina Hadeed

Expanding the Landscape of Healing.

I believe healing isn’t just about surviving—it’s about reclaiming your voice, your relationships, and your power.

As a licensed therapist, psychedelic facilitator, and feminist coach, I help individuals, couples, and women unlearn harmful conditioning, reconnect to their truth, and create lives rooted in integrity and self-trust. Through courses, coaching, and therapeutic experiences, I offer trauma-informed, somatic, and heart-centered practices designed to support deep transformation in how you relate to yourself, others, and the world around you.

Parenting, partnering, and caregiving in today’s world can feel like too much—and not enough—all at once.

You’re doing everything you can, but somehow it still feels like you’re falling short. You may be feeling anxious, depleted, resentful, or just plain lost. Maybe you’ve tried all the tools, read all the books, or bent yourself into someone you barely recognize—just to keep it all together. The pressure to be calm, present, productive, patient—and never messy, angry, or unsure—is exhausting.

You’re not broken. You’re human. And you’re not alone.

I work with women, couples, and fellow therapists/facilitators navigating the burnout, identity shifts, and emotional weight of modern caregiving. As a therapist specializing in feminist, trauma-informed, and matriarchal-centered healing, I offer a space to unpack what’s yours—and what’s been placed on you by a culture that praises self-sacrifice and punishes rest.

For women, I hold space for the sacred mess—rage, grief, love, and the parts you were told to hide. Together, we dismantle the lies, reclaim your voice, and ignite a life anchored in truth—not obedience, not perfection.

For mamas, I hold space for the rage, grief, love, and contradiction of motherhood. Together, we dismantle the myth of the “good mom,” reconnect with your inner knowing, and cultivate parenting grounded in truth—not perfectionism.

For fathers and partners, I challenge the limitations of patriarchy while supporting emotional literacy, secure connection, and a return to values-based leadership—at home and within.

And for therapists, healers, and space-holders, I offer mentorship, therapy, and supervision that honors your lived experience, your boundaries, and your vision for sustainable, liberatory work.

This is not about doing more. It’s about doing differently.
Let’s find a way forward—one rooted in wholeness, truth, and enoughness.

Mission & Ethos

I am dedicated to fostering systemic change - one relationship at a time. My mission is to champion a shift in mental health by advocating for a holistic approach that prioritizes mind-body-spirit healing. I emphasize the importance of understanding and addressing your relationships and lived experiences, rather than solely focusing on treating symptoms. Rooted in compassion, ethics, and social justice - I am dedicated to empowering individuals, couples, and families on their journeys of growth and healing.

  • Systemic Change & Relationships: Specializing in couples therapy, amicable dissolving/divorce counseling (otherwise known as conscious uncoupling) and co-parenting support to nurture intergenerational healing and promote happier endings.

  • Innovative: Utilizing cutting-edge modalities like ketamine-assisted therapy, EMDR, transformational breathwork, and nature-based counseling.

  • Group Work: Group work provides a powerful dynamic that can elevate healing and transformation in ways that are often beyond the reach of one-on-one sessions.

  • Social Justice: I’m committed to anti-oppressive, inclusive care that affirms each person’s dignity, identity, and lived experience. I draw from feminist approaches that recognize how systems like patriarchy, racism, and capitalism shape our mental health—and help clients reclaim voice, power, and agency in the face of those forces.

  • Embodied Leadership: I try to walk the walk; cultivating internal and interpersonal ways of being that promote humility, grace, and growth in all that I do.
